The founders are professors of Environmental and Process Engineering with a great know-how in environmental sustainability.

Climate change is one of the biggest challenges of our times and Race To Zero is a global campaign to reach the goal of net zero by 2050. But countries and companies need to demonstrate how they will get there. So the measure of Carbon Footprint and the accounting of Greenhouse Gases are the first step towards carbon neutrality.

Ecodesign systematically incorporates environmental considerations into the design process. Our ecodesign projects are based on Life Cycle Assessment, aim to decrease environmental impact early in the design process and to communicate results through an Environmental Labels, such EPD.
ONGOING PROJECTS
The LIFE OLIVER (Project no. 101114119 - Acronym: LIFE22-CCM-IT-LIFE OLIVER) project aims to significantly impact the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) balance of the Mediterranean olive crop, which covers approximately 4.6 million hectares in the EU. By adopting a carbon farming approach in olive grove management, the project intends to create a financial incentive through the sale of carbon credits on the voluntary carbon credit market. These credits will reward sustainable practices and contribute to mitigating climate change.
H2PESTO promote the use of power-to-hydrogen-to-power/heat systems in agriculture. Focusing on implementing technologies in agricultural enterprises equipped with electricity production facilities such as photovoltaic, micro-wind, and biomass cogeneration, to increase the level of sustainability and increase its competence in the marke.
H2Loco aims to integrate hydrogen with a safe and practical storage systems into the freight transport sector, a cornerstone of the economy facing the challenges of ecological transition. Hydrogen, through low-pressure storage, is proposed as a bridge between energy and mobility, helping to create an inter-port energy hub.
